Santi Cazorla scored his first hat-trick in Arsenal colors this Monday night as Arsenal score five goals this weekend. Podolski started the scoring for Arsenal as he tapped in a low cross from Gibbs on the left side. Arsenal were 1-0 up with only 14 minutes on the clock.
Then it was all Cazorla, who headed the ball which was crossed over by Podolski to make it two for Arsenal. He then added to the score-line just after two minutes, Arsenal 3 goals up at the half time.

League Cup, 17th Dec 2012
Arsenal              5      Podolski 14, Cazorla 32, 34. 60, Walcott 80
Reading             2      Le Fondre 66, Kebe 71
Arsenal beat Reading with goals from Podolski, Cazorla and Walcott
Cazorla completed his hat-trick in the 60th minute with another assist by Podolski. It was a complete wash over by Arsenal as they seem to score even more as the second half went on.

Reading came back with two quick goals from Le Fondre and Kebe. The match saw its final goal being scored by the runaway winger Theo Walcott. He made it five for Arsenal in the final ten minutes of the game.
Arsene Wenger wants to keep Walcott whose contract expires this summer. Wenger refused to pay £80,000-a-week, he could leave for free this summer if no deal was signed in the coming months.
Wenger said, "He has become a top-level player at Arsenal and I hope when he considers his future, he will think this is the best place for him and sign for us."
