Come on the 12th of June and its Samba time in Brazil and this time its gonna last for a month long till the 13th of July when a new World Champion would be crowned. Spain, the defending champions, once again enter as favorites into the tournament as they look for a consecutive fourth major title following their 2 UEFA EURO Cups(2008, 2012) and the World Cup in 2010. They were the first ever team to successfully defend their European title in 2012. With their creative midfield and stiff defense, they emerge as the favorites to go on and successfully defend their title.
With 31 other nations to compete, Spain look at Germany, Holland, Brazil and Argentina as their major contenders. This is how the 32 teams have been drawn.

The first match is scheduled on the 12th of June, 17 hrs local time as the home side Brazil start their group stage campaign against Croatia.
This would probably he the last World Cup for many giants of the game like Andrea Pirlo, Xavi, Iker Casillas, David Villa, Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba and many more.
